Payments and attendance
Tuition is $75 monthly for one team or $100 for both, due on the 1st and no later than the 5th. If you need extra time, please speak with Noe before the 5th so we can arrange it. Flexibility is available with communication; please do not wait for payment reminders. Payments are nonrefundable unless approved by the director. Performance costs are separate. Please arrive on time, check team updates, and notify Noe of absences or withdrawal.
Respect
Respect is the foundation of FÉNIX. Treat everyone kindly and honor personal boundaries. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behavior are not tolerated and may result in removal from the team.
Pictures and videos
By signing, I agree to appear in pictures and videos used for team practice and FÉNIX promotion, including social media, its website, flyers, and ads, without compensation. I may withdraw consent in writing for future recording and use.
Injury acknowledgment and release
I understand dance carries injury risks and voluntarily accept them. I will follow safety instructions and stop if I feel pain or unsafe. To the extent allowed by Utah law, I release Noemi Lugo, FÉNIX instructors, and the studios or other venues used for FÉNIX classes and rehearsals, including their owners, operators, and staff, from injury claims related to my participation, including ordinary negligence. This excludes gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, and liability that cannot legally be waived.
